Brick Museum Rules
To keep everyone safe, have fun and keep the LEGO magic going!
Don't run
A museum is not a race track. Runners go to the stadium, not between blocks!
Don't go behind the guardrail.
Behind them lies our carefully crafted LEGO universe – let us explore it with our eyes.
Do not touch the objects on display.
Hands rest, eyes watch. Exhibits like to be observed, not rearranged.
You broke/destroyed an exhibit – a fine of €100 applies
LEGO creators worked long hours - let's protect their work.
Don't litter
Bricks love a clean world. Trash cans are for trash!
In case of theft, we inform the police
Brick search operations are being carried out seriously.
The museum is monitored by video cameras.
It's as safe here as in LEGO City - we can see everything.
Don't rush or push
Friendliness + respect = a fun visit for everyone.
Do not touch the frames with LEGO minifigures with your hands.
They are very shy and feel best when they are just looked at.
We do not take boxes with bricks in Construction area
We only take the bricks we need for construction, and leave the boxes lying around on the table.
We don't leave bricks on the floor
Did you drop a part? Pick it up immediately! This way we protect them from getting lost and our feet from pain.
We clean up after ourselves
When we're done playing, we put the remaining free bricks back into the boxes. A clean table awaits other creators!
Are you tired?
Go relax in the lounge area, or build in the construction area, or play with the arcade, or complete a museum quest!
Visiting time – 1 hour
Took you longer? No problem! But if you're in a museum more than 2 hours – it is time to:
• extend your visit at the reception, or
• to give up your place to others who have a reserved time
-
We leave snacks outside the door.
To keep the museum sparkling clean, we ask that you do not eat or drink inside. We "feed" here only on the best emotions and impressions!
-
Pets are waiting at home
Although we love animals dearly, only animals made of bricks live safely in the museum. Please leave your real four-legged friends at home.
-
Let's share the joy!
Taking photos, filming, looking for hidden details and gasping in amazement – not only is it possible, but it is mandatory! Don't forget to tag us in your photos!
